The in-home estimate offered by lightning was accurate and did not exceed the limit. The manger/ rep (actually I don't know who he was, I guess he was either the manager or the rep) was very patient and explained the service details. They always kept their promise and did not overcharge me after completing the move. The luggage were all in good condition.
